OFT position on the ECG

The UKs Office of Fair trading will no longer deal directly with complaints regarding the European City Guide.
The problem of this sort of Business to Business scam has actually never fallen fully within the OFT's remit. For this reason OFT have decided not to handle any more ECG complaints directly.
Complaints should instead be sent to the Authorities in Valencia, we have full details on our main ECG page

The OFT will continue to deal with complaints about some other business to business scams and also the tactics of the 'Debt Collection' Agencies they employ. We will inform you whom to write to on the relevant pages of this site
