T&T Liquidation Details

The short and narrow of this decision is that T&Ts activities were shaming the principality of Lichtenstein, the government there had found difficulty in stopping the scam but eventually they evoked Art. 986 of the Liechtenstein Company's Act. This little known clause of the 1926 act states that a business whose activities are "Injurious to the State" can be dissolved.

On the 4th July 2003 the final decision was made and we believe that liquidation was complete by August 31st, T&T is no more.
